All participants will learn the basic Swedish style massage techniques that relax and relieve stress. A professional massage educator will guide you through a full body sequence. After demonstrating the techniques, they will assist you with the body mechanics and finer points of each stoke and answer any questions. You will come away feeling like a pro!

Workshop includes some gentle Yoga stretches, a breathing technique and brief meditation. Enjoy a life changing experience, ending with a champagne toast.

Carla Koopal will be your guide on your massage journey. She has 18 years Massage experience, over 2 thousand hours in formal Massage studies, as well as degrees in Education, Nursing, and 6 Yoga Teacher certifications. You're in good hands!
